Much cheaper but still high quality tripod collar for the 100-400mm VCExcellent tripod collar with great build quality. Product is as pictured. Cheaper than the OEM Tamron collar by a large margin!

Easy to use and it's rugged. I use it to help stabilize the camera while shooting. The Tamron 100-400 mm lens is heavy and this provides better support while shooting. It fits the tripod easily, as well, but I haven't really used it that way yet.

Five Stars! It has a safety feature to allow you to rotate your lens without the clasp coming undone. It has a felt/velvet-like liner that has kept my lens barrel from scratches. And also the mark design is better than my other ring. At least it is perfect for me!

The tripod mount is perfect for tamron 100-400mm, has perfect fit on the lens and is very stable.I can't figure how the original (tamron) tripod mount can be better.It's all-metal btw, really great, I believe it will be very durable.
