1. Switch the power on and plug in the strobe's power cable to the socket, you should hear a "beep" once they are connected, and as soon as the strobe's LCD is on it means the strobe's power is also on (the continuous light bulb can only light when switching to the right);
2. Press 'MENU' button to select a function.
3. In 'Manual' mode by adjusting the digital button, you can control how much light to output according to the environment - see attached table for more details. By doing this you can achieve 1/2 digit precision adjustment and 7 level smooth adjustment.
4. In 'QUCK CONT' mode, by adjusting the digital button, you can control the flash frequency according to your needs. You can choose 5 times/sec or 15 times/2 secs and light index is GN20.
5. In 'QUCK MULTI' mode, by adjusting the digital button, you can control how much light to output under 3 times/sec status. You can choose from 1/64, 1/32 and 1/16 three different light output level.
6. In 'SLOW' mode there are 7 levels of light output, it won't interfere with other cameras' built-in TTL speedlites and be able to synchronize with your camera's shutter.
7. If you need to shut down the beep boozer, just set adjust the “MENU’ button.
8. There’s a “SLAVE” switch for setting work status, it’s a master light when being off (optically control other lights), and it’s a slave light when being on (optically controlled by other lights).
